Keeping Good Form
0Not long ago my husband introduced me to running. It’s challenging, but I love it. I’m definitely a newcomer to the sport, but I’m already enjoying the benefit of it, namely enough energy to keep up with my kids.
Recently I learned a lesson about the necessity of keeping a good form while I run. Often when I start to feel the most tired is when my form is lacking, when I’m slouching, when I don’t hold my stomach strong, when my chin isn’t lifted and when my arms aren’t swinging straight.
